DATE : 08 JUNE 2015 P.C. :- 1] By order dated 27 March 2012, the respondent no. 1 was permitted to deposit agreed rent in the Small Causes Court till the hearing and final disposal of the writ petition. By this application, the applicant seeks withdrawal of the rent so deposited.

2] There is no reason to decline permission to the applicant / petitioner to withdraw such rent which may have been deposited by the respondent no. 1 until the final disposal of the present writ petition.

3] Accordingly civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
