By this Civil Application, Applicant original Claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in Reference Court in respect of applicant's land.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicants are ready and willing to provide solvent security to the satisfaction Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Applicant original Claimant is permitted to withdraw entire amount by furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court on or before 31.07.2019.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.
