Heard. As requested, leave to withdraw with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not over by the end of October, 2015. The trial Court seized with Sessions Case No.301 of 2014, arising out of Crime No.32 of 2014 of Tilaknagar Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Sections 323, 363 and 376 r/w Section 34 of the IPC is directed to commence

sjs 31-BA-2098.2014 and conclude said trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event before 31-10-2015. The applicant shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is unduly delayed and/or not completed within the aforesaid period, saving just exceptions.
