The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground as a peon. The proposal is submitted in the year 2014. The decision is not yet taken.

The learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as peon on compassionate ground (page 39) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within four months from today.
