In the light of paragraphs 3 and 5 of the affidavit filed by Prakash Bhukte, Joint Director of Town Planning, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai on behalf of Respondent No. 5 and 6, whereunder statement is made that the Government will delete the reservation on the subject land while sanctioning the second revised draft development plan, Mr. Keluskar, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the petition stands redressed.
