This Civil Application is filed seeking leave to amend the Public Interest Litigation to add subsequent events. The amendment is necessary because of the subsequent events. The Public Interest Litigation is already at the stage of admission. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
