The only substantive prayer in this Petition is for directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. A judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that there are large number of claims pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committees in the State. If the petitioner wants out of turn priority to be given to the adjudication of her caste claim, it is for the petitioner to make an application to the concerned Caste Scrutiny Committee. If such application is made, the Caste Scrutiny Committee will decide the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Petition is disposed of.
