The Applicant seeks restoration of the Writ petition which was dismissed for default. It was dismissed for default because inspite of keeping the matter under the caption for 'dismissal' none appeared twice. The learned counsel for the Applicant tenders apology and states that all objections in the petition have also been removed. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Civil application is allowed. The petition stands restored to file to be listed on board as per C.M.I.S date, i.e. 1 December 2015. (N.M.Jamdar, J.)
