The learned A.P.P Mr. Saste on the basis of the report of Someshwar Kamthe, Inspector of Police, Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, states that the charge-sheet has been filed only against one Diptesh M. Sarvaiya, who is an employee of the Petitioner. The said charge-sheet bears the number CC/1736/PW/18 and is filed on 12th June 2018. In view thereof, the learned counsel Mr. Pradhan appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to take appropriate recourse.

Needless to state that the contentions of the Petitioner have not been dealt with in the instant Petition and it would be in appropriate proceedings that the Petitioner would be entitled to urge the said contentions and that the concerned Court to deal with the same. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
