By order passed in connected petition, this Court while permitting the amendment Application has requested the trial Court to decide the Suit expeditiously and in any event within a period of one year from today.

In the present petition, the challenge is to the amendment whereby the plaintiff seeks to incorporate certain pleadings in the body of the plaint to support the proposed relief of injunction. 3.

As the matter is already made time bound by this Court, 1/2

rsk 23-WP-9139-19.doc learned counsel for the respondent- plaintiff on instructions submits that without there being any strong apprehension about third party rights being created in the Suit premises, no interim Application for injunction will be moved. She further submits that all efforts will be taken to cooperate in the adjudication of the matter within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.

In view of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. (SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.) 2/2
