The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been demoted from the post of graduate teacher to an assistant teacher. The representations have been given, the same are not yet decided.

In case, the representations filed by the petitioners (page nos. 45 to 49) making grievance with regard to their demotion is pending, then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of communication of present order. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
