By this application, the applicants seek the following prayers : "a) that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to further extend 6 months time for furnishing Solvency Certificate of Rs. 5,00,000/- to produce before trial court; b) That cash bail of Rs. 2 lakh may be continue till hearing and final disposal of proceedings before trial court and present Petition;

c) That the amount of Solvent Surety may be modify and Applicants may be allow to furnish one surety of Rs. 15,000/- each;

Learned Counsel for the applicants on the instructions of the applicants who are present in Court, does not press for prayer clause (c) as this Court is not inclined to grant the said prayer. 3.

As far as prayer clauses (a) and (b) are concerned, learned Counsel for the applicants, on the instructions of the applicants, states that despite efforts, the applicants have not been able to bring Solvency Certificate of Rs. 5 lakhs and that obtaining of the Solvency Certificate takes time. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have therefore not been able to comply with the order dated 20th July, 2016 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2465 of 2016. 4.

Considering the aforesaid and only by way of indulgence, one last chance is granted to the applicants to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 20th July, 2016. Accordingly, the time to furnish sureties as directed vide order dated 20th July, 2016 is extended by a period of eight weeks. The cash bail of the applicants to continue for a period of 2/3

eight weeks. It is made clear that the applicants shall not seek any further extension.

Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
