There is matrimonial dispute between applicant no.1 and his wife Priyanka Lohia. The applicant has received a message from the respondent no.1 to attend counseling on 29th August, 2018 and 29th November, 2011 in view of the application given by Priyanka Lohia. The applicant no.1 and applicant nos.2 to 7, who are the family members of applicant no.1, apprehend that they may be arrested by respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 in connection with the complaints filed by Priyanka Lohia.

I have perused the notice/intimation at Exh.A (page 16 of the petition ). The said notice was only for attending counseling session. Furthermore, the learned APP submits that as on date no crime is registered against the applicants and the applicants will not be arrested without 72 hours prior written intimation. 3.

In the light of above statement, Mr. Jha, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. Application stands disposed of.
