I have perused the averments made in the civil application for condonation of delay. No case is made out for condonation of delay. Even otherwise the appeal is preferred against the order passed under section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1998. I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order even otherwise on merits. The Civil Application as well as the First Appeal are accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

In view of dismissal of the First Appeal, all pending civil application do not survive and are accordingly disposed of. 1/2
