Heard learned counsel Mr. Deokar appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. A limited grievance is raised in the writ petition. The submission is that in spite of petitioner approaching police station authorities and superior police ofÏcers, no heed was paid to him. At this stage, when a query was put to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner as to whether the Petitioner had approached the competent legal forum, the counsel replied in negative. Faced with this circumstance, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies under the provisions of law, including the approaching of learned Magistrate.
