By this Civil Application, Applicant original Claimant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in Reference Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he received instruction from his client to make a statement before this court that they are ready and willing to provide Mohite 1/2

35 caf4286-18.doc solvent security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court for withdrawal of the amount. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited by the appellant State of Maharashtra in Reference Court by furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Trial Court on or before 31.07.2019.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.
