The above Civil Application has been filed for vacating the interim relief granted vide order dated 27/02/2006 in the above Petition and in the alternate to fix the above Petition for final hearing. In view of the fact that the interim relief was granted after hearing the Applicants - original Respondents, the said prayer for vacating the interim relief cannot be granted. However, the alternate prayer of fixing the above Petition for final hearing is concerned, the same is granted and the above Civil Application is accordingly allowed to the said extent. List the above Petition for final hearing after the ensuing Summer Vacation. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
