By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. None appears for the respondents though served in advance. No affidavit-in-reply is filed. 2.

Delay in filing the first appeal is explained in paragraphs 4 & 6 to 8 of civil application. Reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted.
