Mr. Sridharan states that the dispute is very narrow in as much as petitioner is seeking credit for amounts already paid which has not been Purti Parab

2/2 920-WP-627-2008 @ Ors.doc accepted. Mr.Sridharan states that he will give a short note to Mr.Deshmukh with details of demand, amount paid and what is the outstanding. Mr.Deshmukh says if such a note is received he will take instructions whether respondent will be agreeable to accept the outstanding and put an end to the matter.

Since the petition is already taken up for hearing, Mr.Deshmukh states Civil Application No. 2595 of 2015 which is an application for early hearing will not survive. Civil Application No.2595 of 2015 accordingly disposed.
