ORDER:- 1.
Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

Both counsel appearing for the parties submit, on instructions that the orders passed by this Court at the Aurangabad Bench dated 25th August 2015 in Writ Petition No. 9958 of 2014 along with group of Petitions deal with a similar issue which is subject matter of these Petitions. The concerned Petitioners in those group of cases were given opportunity of hearing, by quashing and setting aside the impugned orders.

After hearing counsel appearing for the parties and considering submissions made we are inclined to dispose of all the present Petitions also on similar line for the same reason in following terms:-
1. The impugned letter dated 2nd March 2016 is quashed and set aside.
2. The Respondent Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur shall give opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners as early as possible preferably within twelve weeks.
3. The Petitioners are at liberty to file additional representations of the documents, if any, within four weeks.
4. The Respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, twelve weeks thereafter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
