1. The Learned Counsel for the parties agree that this writ petition has since been disposed of by order dated 14 July, 2014. In the order dismissing the petition, the directions were issued to the Revisional Authority to dispose of the Revision Application latest by 30 September, 2014.
2. The Learned Counsel for the parties point out that on account of Election Code of Conduct, such such disposal has not been possible. Accordingly, they requested for time for disposal of the said revision application be extended upto 30 March, 2015. Accordingly, it is clarified that time for disposal of the Revision Application is extended upto 30 March, 2015, as reiterated.
