P.C.:- Mr. Venegaonkar, the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1-CBI submitted that, the Applicant herein has expired on 12th April, 2018. Mr. Hake-Patil, the learned counsel for the Applicant has produced on record the Death Certificate of the Applicant issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to that effect. In view of the demise of the Applicant, the case bearing No. RC No.02(E) 73 of 2002 stand abated as against her. The present Application is accordingly disposed of, as infructuous.
