It is submitted that Writ Petition No.6967/2012 has been admitted and is pending for hearing before the learned single Judge. This LPA arises out of order dated 24th July 2012 passed by learned single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition. It is further submitted that consequent to the no-confidence motion, the appellant has been removed as Sarpanch.

We have perused the record including the impugned order. 4.
