Learned counsel for the petitioner states that copy of the order is not received. Learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to challenge the orders, including the order passed in Review Application.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. To enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps, it is 1/3

directed that the respondent Provident Fund Commissioner will not withdraw any amount towards the dues, from the Bank account of the petitioner in Bank of Maharashtra, Pune-Nashik Road, Bhosari Branch, Pune, which is attached. A copy of the order passed in the Review Application be supplied to the petitioner immediately. All parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
