DECEMBER 10, 2021 P.C. :- The petitioners in this Contempt Petition have alleged violation of the order dated 14.07.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2714 of 2021 against the respondents in this petition. 2.

Mr. Walimbe, learned AGP for the respondents-State, on telephonic instructions from respondent No.4 - Education Officer, Sidhudurg, states that Education Officer will decide the representation made by the petitioners and would comply with the order passed by this Court on 14.07.2021 within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted as and by way of undertaking to this Court. 3.

Respondent No.4 is accordingly directed to comply with the order dated 14.07.2021 passed by this Court within a period of two weeks from today without fail and communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order. 4.

Contempt Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.

If the order is not complied with within the time prescribed, this Court would issue suo motu notice for deliberate non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on the next date.

Place the matter on Board for 'reporting compliance' on 06.01.2022.
