After hearing the matter for some time when this court was not inclined to grant relief to the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty that if the trial arising out of CR No.283/2014 registered with Dindoshi Police Station Mumbai is not commenced within a period of one year from today, he may be allowed to revive his request for bail before the trial court. Leave and liberty as prayed for is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
