Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

By this Application, the Applicants seek provisional cash bail for a period of 12 weeks within which period, the Applicants will comply with the Order dated 01.09.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai.

The Applicants were enlarged on bail by the learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai vide Order dated 01.09.2017 on the following amongst other terms:- "a. the applicant Nos.1 Ashok Keshavlal Kesharia and 2 Harish Keshavlal Kesharia shall be released on bail in connection with MECR No.01/15 registered in Pydhonie Police Station under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 419, r/w. 34 and 120(B) of IPC on their executing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- each (Rs. One Lakh each) with one or two solvent sureties each of the like amount."

It appears that the Applicants are unable to furnish sureties immediately and the process will take some time. It is, therefore, prayed that the Applicants be released on provisional cash bail of Rs.1,00,000/- each for a period of 12 months, within which they will comply Clause (a) of the Order dated 01.09.2017. Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions:- O R D E R (I) The Applicants be released on cash bail of Rs.1,00,000/- each, for a period of eight weeks from today, within which period the Applicants to comply with Clause (a) of the Order dated 01.09.2017. 5.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
