By this Civil Application, Applicant/Original Claimant is seeking deletion of the name of Shaila Jadhav, Original Claimant from the cause title of the Civil Application Stamp No. 8853 of 2018. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Claimant No. 1 is died on 13/12/2016. Hence, they preferred present application. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out the case for allowing this Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

The Applicant is permitted to carry out appropriate amendment by deleting the name of Claimant No.1 Shaila Jadhav from the cause title of Civil Application bearing Stamp No. 8853 of 2018 within one week from today and serve amended copy to other side.
