Challenge in this petition is to the orders dated 16th April 2022, 26th June 2023, and 10th July 2023.

The essential objection raised by the petitioner is as regards irregularity of proof of document. Such objection needs to be decided by the Trial Court at the time of final hearing of the suit, but before the delivery of the judgment, the Trial Court shall decide objections regarding admissibility of the documents for want of proof.
