The civil application seeks to implead the heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner.

Mr Jariwala for respondent No. 1 says that there is a dispute as to whether the legal heirs are entitled to take the surname "Ruparel" or the surname "Thakkar". This is not a reason to deny the impleadment. Whatever be the cause for the opposition, contentions on this aspect can be left upon to an appropriate stage. 1st November 2017

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried within two weeks from today.
