Having heard respective counsels, as it is informed that applicants have cooperated with the Investigating Officer based on the ad-interim protection and further custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 2.

Applicant - Sabruddin shall remain outside the jurisdiction of the police station till charge-sheet is filed in the Court.

3.

He shall forthwith furnish his contact number and place of residence till such period and attend Investigating Officer as and when directed.

4.

Rest of the accused shall attend Investigating Officer as and when directed.

5.

Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

6.

As such both the applications stand disposed of. 7.

In view of disposal of applications, interim applications also stand disposed of.
