After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh representation keeping in view the clauses contained in Government Resolution dated 15th May, 2014. The prayer is accepted. In case such representation is submitted by the Petitioner, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided afresh by the Competent Authority of the Respondents as expeditiously as possible taking into consideration the grounds as may be raised in the said representation and without being influenced by the earlier rejection order.
