This is an application for modification of the condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 5.4.2013 while releasing him on bail. This Court has imposed the condition that the applicant shall not reside in Goregaon area till conclusion of the trial. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the trial arising out of C.R.No. 191 of 2012 registered with V.P.Road Police Station has reached to final stage. That except the Investigating Officer all other witnesses have been examined and in her estimate,

In view of the above, I am not inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 5.4.2013. The application is accordingly dismissed.
