By the order dated 13th May 2015, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pune City has externed the Petitioner from Pune city and Pune district for the period of one year. The Petitioner thereafter challenged this order by filing an appeal. This appeal was dismissed on 1st September 2015.

The period for which the Petitioner was externed is already over. The petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
