Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the course in question is of 8 Semesters. He submits that on 06/05/2016, this Court had directed petitioners No. 2 to 8 to appear in the 6th Semester examination of the subjects 1/2

9. caw 2520.16.doc mentioned in the said order. Through this Civil Application, a prayer has been made to declare the result of 6th Semester examination. In view of the fact that the course is of total 8 Semesters, we direct the concerned Authority to declare the result of 6th Semester examination. The terms and conditions of the order dated 06/05/2016 shall continue to apply. 2.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
