1] This is an application filed by the Applicant-Claimant for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court.
2] Considering the submission advanced by learned counsel for the Appellant that the Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 are minors, the Applicant-Claimant is permitted to withdraw only 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court, subject to furnishing of usual undertaking.
