This Civil Application is taken out for withdrawal of the writ petition filed by the applicant. Mr. Joshi, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/original petitioner states that in the meeting of the Managing Committee held on 8th June, 2016 vide Resolution No.144, the Management has decided to withdraw the petition herein. Copy of the minutes of the meeting held on 8th June, 2016 are annexed to the Civil Application. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed and Writ Petition No. 1898 of 2013 is allowed to be withdrawn.
