By this petition, the petitioner seeks defreezing of his Bank Account, which has been freezed by the respondent No.2 - Senior Inspector of Police, Cyber Police Station, Mathura. 2.

Since the account of the petitioner has been frozen by the Cyber Police Station, Mathura, we do not wish to entertain the aforesaid petition. It is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court having jurisdiction and seek defreezing of N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.

We make it clear, that we have not heard the aforesaid petition on merits and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
