The Applicant has filed the above Application seeking transfer of Petition No. 561 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Nasik under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for restitution of conjugal rights, to the Court at Miraj. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has tendered a copy of Judgment dated 3 rd September, 2016, whereby the said Petition No. 561 of 2014 has been disposed off by the Family Court at Nasik.
