In this Application, the applicant/father has challenged the constitutional validity of Section 20(3) of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.

The Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 18th March, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 10312 of 2014 rejected and upheld the constitutional validity of section 20(3) of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956. The learned counsel for both the sides agree that it has been disposed of. 3.

In view of this, Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of.
