At the outset, the learned APP submitted that the investigation is under verge of completion and the Investigating Officer will submit charge-sheet within 10 days from today.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court after submission of charge-sheet or an event under Section 167 (2) of Cr.P.C. occurs.
