Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. Since the first bail application was not heard on merits and was simply withdrawn before the Hon'ble Justice Shri P. D. Naik, J, the aforesaid application was taken up for hearing.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw the application, as this Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, since the trial of the applicant has commenced in as much as, three witnesses have been examined till date, the trial of the applicant is expedited.
