Learned Counsel for the Petitioner agrees that the Petitioner is neither the resident of the building in question, nor in the nearby vicinity. His prayer for demolition of a portion of the structure, which according to him, is not quite legal, therefore, is purely in the nature of public interest. This petition is however, not fled as public interest litigation. We also notice that previously some other persons professedly cause in Public Interest Litigation No.181 of 2015 which was disposed of by an order dated 31st August, 2015. Under the circumstances, no relief can be granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
