The learned counsel for the applicants in both application, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the applications.

2 905.2761.18 ba.doc However, it is submitted that applicants are in custody from April 2018 and the offence alleged is section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the applicants be granted liberty to move an application for bail in the event the trial does not commence within period of 4 months.

In view of the submission, applications are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, in the event the trial does not commence within period of 6 months. In the event of such application is preferred, the Court shall deal with it in accordance with law.

Applications stand disposed of.
