During the pendency of these petitions, the Hon'ble Minister of State for Food and Civil Supplies has heard the petitioners' Revision Application along with Miscellaneous Application for stay/injunction on 11 November, 2021 and final orders on the said proceedings are likely to be passed. In my opinion, it would be appropriate that the petitioners await the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister on the Revision proceedings. 2.

The Hon'ble Minister is requested to issue final orders as expeditiously as possible and in the event within 10 days from today.
