Heard Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Applicants. 2.
Perused the Interim Application.

It is informed that the proposed Petitioner No.2A Shitabai Nanabhau Londhe has expired on 28.03.2022 and her legal heirs are required to be brought on record. The Interim Application is taken out on 06.09.2022. It is stated that there is a delay of 82 days. 4.
For the reasons stated in the Application, delay of 82 days stands condoned and Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) which reads thus:
