By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i. e. to Sri Lanka from 01.10.2017 to 31.10.2017. 2.

Perused the papers. The Applicant was granted pre-arrest bail vide Order dated 10.03.2016 by this Court (Coram : Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.). One of the conditions imposed on the Applicant, whilst granting pre-arrest bail was that the Applicant shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court. The Applicant intends to travel abroad i.e. to Sri Lanka from 01.10.2017 to 31.10.2017 for his

APPP 822-17.doc professional work. The Applicant has undertaken to provide his itinerary including address and telephone number to the concerned police station, before leaving the country. Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions:- O R D E R (i) The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to Sri Lanka from 01.10.2017 to 31.10.2017;

(ii) The Applicant shall furnish his itinerary i.e. places where he intends to stay during his stay in Sri Lanka & the telephone numbers, to the investigating officer of the concerned police station. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
