By this Interim Application, the Applicant prays for condonation of the delay caused in filing of the Contempt Petition alleging breach of the Order dated 14 August 2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5946 of 2013. The Applicant is not required to file any application for seeking condonation of delay in filing the contempt petition. If any objection is raised by the Respondents, in the contempt petition itself, or if this Court comes to conclusion that there is delay, an appropriate Order after hearing the parties would be passed.
