This Civil Application is for recall of a self operative order refusing to register the Second Appeal on account of non-removal of office objections. There is a delay in taking out the present Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned and the impugned order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 22 April 2019 is recalled and set aside. The Second Appeal is restored to file.

The Appellants to remove office objections within two weeks from today, failing which the Second Appeal shall stand rejected under the applicable Appellate Side Rules without recourse to this Court.
