DATE :- JULY 13, 2017 P.C. :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer in this writ petition was to demolish unauthorised structures in terms of order dated 8th May, 2013 in Writ Petition No. 2659 of 2013 and also to direct the concerned authorities to take suitable action for such demolition. The learned counsel submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the illegal construction alleged in the petition is already demolished and therefore, the petitioner is not intending to pursue the matter.
